On this page we explain to you how we come up with your travel program together.

First contact

Phone call
After receipt, we will contact you by telephone and ask you in general terms about your (travel) wishes, travel period and group composition and we will coordinate what Red Rock Travel can do for you. After the telephone conversation, we will send a form with questions that we use to prepare the next step.

Appointment
After receiving the form, we will make an appointment at your home, online via Zoom/Teams/etc or at our office in Rotterdam. During this appointment we will present a travel proposal including a cost overview that we will go through in detail. If approved, we will prepare a final proposal.

Proposal
The discussed proposal will be sent to you as a quote by email and/or via our myTC app. The quotation contains an agreement and payment link (in the case of a required down payment) with which the trip can be booked. After the final booking we will provide the travel documents, again via email or in our myTC app.
